Microsoft Clarity is active for aggregate usage insights and session diagnostics. Google Analytics is also active, and advertising remains disabled.
Current data state
Microsoft Clarity is active to measure page use, diagnose navigation problems and improve the guide experience. Clarity may process technical device, interaction and session data under Microsoft's published privacy terms.
Google Analytics is active under the dedicated How to Fish HQ property with Measurement ID G-40WDWBRN8J. Live collection was verified after the production deployment. Server and hosting providers may still process ordinary technical request data required to deliver the site.
Advertising is a later gate
Advertising remains disabled until the site has real search and visit data and the provider preflight is complete. Consent will not become a content wall, and rejecting optional measurement will not block access to the guides.
